Fixed limits

The following items have a fixed limit regardless of your contract.

Files attached to an agent message	Up to 10 per message. Images up to 2 MB after resizing; other files up to 10 MB each
Recording time for agent voice input	Up to 4 minutes per recording
Access removal in an open shared session	Up to 5 minutes
Removing a user from, restricting switching to, suspending, or deleting a service account	Up to 1 hour, except for an open notebook editing screen
Public link expiration	1-90 days (when enabled; default is 30 days)
Report cache duration	Up to 24 hours (default 24 hours; 0 disables caching; in 10-minute increments)

Workspace name	1 to 50 characters; URLs and email addresses aren't allowed.
Account full name and nickname	Full name: 1 to 50 characters. Nickname: optional, or 1 to 50 characters when set. Neither can contain URLs or email addresses.
Email addresses per bulk invite	Up to 20
Invitation emails per workspace	Up to 20 in any 1-minute period, 40 in any 1-hour period, and 60 in any 24-hour period (new invitations, resends, and guest invitations from reports combined)
Organization owner invitation emails	Up to 20 per organization in any 1-minute period, 40 in any 1-hour period, and 60 in any 24-hour period (new invitations and resends combined)
Chart rendering data points	Up to 1,000 rows

Temporary file size for agent sending	Up to 50 MB
Agent temporary file availability	24 hours in the same conversation
Additional allowed URL prefixes for a custom API	Up to 10
Overview added to a connector	Up to 1,000 characters
Skill docs added to a connector	Up to 10, with titles up to 100 characters and bodies up to 20,000 characters each
MCP server instructions for a connector	First 4,000 characters (the rest isn't passed to the agent)
