Shared Notebook allows you to directly share a specific notebook with selected members or groups. This enables you to quickly and smoothly share individual notebooks with the necessary members.

How to Set Up

1. Select Notebook

   • Choose a notebook that is in an Access Scope other than Workspace.

2. Set Permissions

   • Click Share in the header and select the Permissions tab.

   • In Additional permissions , add the members or groups you want to share with and set the required roles (Viewer, Editor).

• Even if you share as a Viewer, users who have write permissions for the original notebook (those who have the Editor role in the Teamspace the notebook belongs to) will retain their write permissions.
