# Quick search

Quick search lets you search across resources in your workspace. Select **Quick search** in the [global nav](../../guide/screen-layout).

## Key features

* Full-text search for notebooks (notebook name and body content, including SQL)
* Table search (name, schema information, and descriptions/tags added in the catalog)
* Query search (name, schema information, and descriptions/tags added in the catalog)
